Weymouth Observation Tower

The 50m high, Weymouth tower, with a rotating passenger cabin, capable of transporting 50m to a height of 40m. The tower was erected in time for the 2012 Olympics. The foundation solution had to accommodate the existing sea defence wall, the adjacent ferry terminal and was constructed just meters away from the sea itself.
