HBL Associates have carried out the full civil, structural and infrastructure design of this development of 8 houses.  Successfully negotiating the drainage strategy and overcoming on-site challenges to design a mix of foundation solutions, along with a complex drainage solution on a tight site, again with challenging levels and site attenuation.
