Herne Bay Court, Kent

This historical site in Herne Bay, Kent, spans 9.5 acres with extensive grounds, located just one mile from the sea. Although planning consent for a retirement village was obtained in 2016, it was never developed due to commercial viability issues.

We developed a new delivery plan based on needs assessments, market research, and planning strategy. Identifying potential buyers and users for the land, we are currently advancing plans for a new care village. This project will consist of a care home and retirement living accommodation under two ownerships, providing a sustainable and community-focused solution for the site.
