Overview
HBL has provided consulting structural engineering services on various attractions for Merlin Entertainments in the Grade 2 star, County Hall, building in London. Located on a historical site, diagonally opposite Westminister Palace, on the River Thames, the building originally housed the headquarters of London City Council but is now the home of numerous attractions, hotels and businesses.
