Overview
Construction of a new 14m high warehouse to allow the client to expand both warehouse and office space.
The building footprint is approximately 3100 sq m, with 900 sq m of office space over 3 storeys.
HBL, acting as consulting Civil and Structural Engineers amongst other areas utilised the existing ground condition to design a large soakaway design solution in line with planning and local utilities requirements.
