In partnership with McGoff Group & Patrick Properties, our upcoming project in Bowdon, Greater Manchester, will transform the site of the former Mercure Altrincham Bowdon Hotel. Spanning 1.7 acres in the Bowdon conservation area, this development will feature a care home, nursery, apartments, and townhouses. The project integrates historic elements like the 1871 Hydropathic Establishment and semi-detached villas Hawthorn Lea and Langham Lea, which will be repurposed into apartments, adding a unique character to the scheme. The care home and nursery will be interconnected, fostering community interactions across generations.
