Abel Heywood

An award-winning, restaurant pub and boutique hotel, located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester. The project was an engineering challenge due to the poor condition of some parts of the existing buildings. Areas of the buildings had suffered extensive fire damage and had partially collapsed. The property consisted of a number of separate buildings which had to be altered and refurbished, to create a venue full of character.
