We’re thrilled to announce that the City of Wolverhampton Council planning committee has granted outline planning approval for our latest project in Oxley!
The upcoming development will revitalize the former site of the Oxley Day Training Centre with a state-of-the-art health & wellbeing facility and a new residential community. Our design, informed by a thorough feasibility study and community feedback, features two complementary buildings.
The residential aspect will include 23 units of key worker and affordable housing. Demolition of the former training centre has already commenced, marking the start of this transformative project.
