HBL Associates were instructed by Wiggett Construction as consulting Structural Engineers on a residential scheme in Reddish, Stockport – alongside HNA Architects and civil engineers Build Vision Ltd.
The project, comprising 16 new build, 3 storey homes, was made challenging by the steeply sloping site and variable ground conditions.
Groundworks are ongoing and the drainage SUDS system is being installed. A majority of the foundations have been poured and a number of retaining walls have been constructed.
